Arguably the single greatest Air Jordan of all-time, the "Banned" Air Jordan 1 is back for another run. Tied to a not-so-accurate story of being banned by the NBA in 1985, the shoe is adorned by an aggressive, Chicago-inspired black and red palette. "OG" designation means the original Nike Air branding hits on the tongue and insoles will again appear on the retro, which last released in 2013. In 1985, the Air Jordan 1 left a permanent impression on the league. Over three decades later, the icon now returns.The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Men's Shoe is updated with signature hoops detail while maintaining the same plush feel and lightweight fit that made the original famous. The last time the classic “Bred” edition of the iconic Air Jordan 1 released was back in 2013. This release will be dressed in the traditional Black, Varsity Red, and White color scheme. The shoe will feature a full Black premium leather upper branded with ‘Nike Air’ branding and will rest atop a White midsole and Red rubber outsole.
